"Subaru Service"

I recently brought my 2010 Subaru to your service department and was totally taken care of by Brandon and Ruben.  It was a leather seat wear problem. I thought I was going to have to argue as to why it wasn't covered, but Brandon said I will look into this and show Subaru that this should be covered.  Well long story short, it was resolved and fixed to perfection within a week.  I left a very satisfied customer.
